Baobabsky Pty Ltd trades as the service brand TRINKETS Party Hire and can be referenced interchangeably.
This is a pay and collect service from 34 Waenhout Avenue, Knysna Industria please note the pickup and return dates/days/times
There is a reimbursable Cleaning Surcharge - Items are provided clean and we would prefer items returned clean, we have a cleaning surcharge if you are not able to return them clean at an additional Rand Charge per Item ranging from R1 or more as the occassion requires, this is added to the bill in advance of this occuring, if items are returned clean this amount is reimbursed to the client either entirely or partially if only some of the items require cleaning post event.
The Items rented out are expensive assets with substantial replacement values, and we require a substantial security deposit to be paid together with all the rental charges in advance of pickup collection as a retainer for these, if all items are returned unspoilt, clean and in the condition they were at pickup then this security deposit is reimbursed, please allow a few days for these funds to reflect.
This being said, if you the client are prepared to share your ID Details as well as your FICA and Proof of Residence Details, this Security Deposit can be substantially reduced and in instances of a good longterm trading experience even reduced and or removed entirely ... we urge you to consider sharing this detail as a way to reduce the security deposit retainer.
Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings of Hire Items are on a first-come-first-served basis and in order to secure the Items for Dry Hire / Pay and Collect for your dates please sign and return this Agreement and Make Payment in Full to Secure.
By making the payment you are deemed to have ratified and accepted the Terms of the Dry Hire as detailed here.
All Items remain the property of Baobabsky Pty Ltd at all times and are strictly rented to the client for the specified period.
Cancellation, Refund & Postponement Policy
No Cancellations nor Refunds, nor Postponements will be allowed within 14 days of the 1st Delivery Date,
Items Retained, Missing, Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Soiled, Repaired and or Irreparable, etc
Any items retained, missing, lost, stolen and or not returned after the collection/return date and or deemed by Baobabsky Pty Ltd to be damaged beyond economic repair will either incur an additional rental charge on a per weekly basis at the same rates quoted per each extra week until the items are returned in the same state they were provided or alternaively at Baobabsky Pty Ltd's sole discretion these items will be charged for at the full indicative replacement values quoted above - the client agrees to make payment for this additional charge upon presentation of the additonal Invoice in this regard timeously.
Any items deemed by Baobabsky to be soiled and or damaged but still economically repairable after the collection date will incur a cleaning and or repair charge plus an additional rental charge on a per weekly basis at the same rates quoted per each extra week until the items are fully repaired and available for Hire again, the Client also agrees to be liable to pay for any such cleaning and repair together with this additional hire fee.
Any Additional Security Deposit will serve to cover the first portion of any Cleaning, Repair, Loss, Breakage or Damage sustained to the Dry Hire Items (or any part thereof), Any remaining Additonal Deposit thereafter will be refunded to the Client within seven days Baobabsky Pty Ltd reserves the right to decide what constitutes soiling, a damage or breakage and what it will cost to clean and or repair or make good.
